I'm Charlie, a freelance Yoga instructor since 2012 who has a passion for practicing Yoga since highschool and kept pursuing my Yoga journey in India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, widening my experiences to the global level.

My passion is to share my Yoga experiences to students who would like to practice Yoga at any level, to share my knowledge to the instructor-alike, to help them pursue the teaching journey and to promote healthy livings through exercises as a freelance instructor in class settings in many gyms in Bangkok.
